We are thrilled to bring you 32 years of the Saint Louis Art Fair, back to the streets of Downtown Clayton! This year, on September 5-7, 2024, we will celebrate our 32-year history of the art fair -- still attracting high-quality artists and celebrating the diversity of the community through a celebration of the Arts.

Clayton, MO – The Saint Louis Art Fair (SLAF) produced by Cultural Festivals has been working diligently towards the inclusivity, health, and safety of artists, volunteers, staff, and the public, keeping this as its top priority.

We look forward to having you as a volunteer at the Saint Louis Art Fair produced by Cultural Festivals in 2025, celebrating our 32nd Anniversary!

Waiver

This is a waiver! Please accept the terms stated here by signing below.

Terms & Conditions:

Saint Louis Art Fair Volunteer agrees to release and forever discharge Cultural Festivals dba Saint Louis Art Fair, the volunteers, and the other sponsoring organizations and any other duly appointed representatives and employees, agents and officers of each from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with Cultural Festivals dba Saint Louis Art Fair.

In consideration of my desire to serve as a volunteer at the Saint Louis Art Fair I hereby assume all responsibility for any and all risk arising out of or in conjunction with this event.

I acknowledge that risks include, but are not limited to, property damage, bodily injury, weather conditions, contact with other participants including all risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19 and use of equipment and facilities of Cultural Festivals dba Saint Louis Art Fair or its suppliers.

Further, I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, videos, or other records of this event for any legitimate or promotional purpose without compensation to me.

I also grant permission to Cultural Festivals dba Saint Louis Art Fair to send email, text or phone messages regarding any necessary weekend art fair information.

I currently have no known mental or physical condition that would impair my capability for full participation as intended or expected of me.

I have carefully read the foregoing release and indemnification and understand the contents thereof and sign this release as my own, free act.
I expressly agree that this release, waiver and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the State of Missouri, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

I acknowledge that I am over the age of 18, or the legal guardian of the volunteer under the age of 18. And if I am under the age of 18, I acknowledge that my parent or legal guardian has approved my volunteer registration and waiver of liability.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, I, for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby release, waive and discharge Cultural Festivals dba Saint Louis Art Fair and their respective Board of Directors, officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers and sponsors from all claims or liability of any kind arising out of my participation in the Saint Louis Art Fair even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
